Notebook is an upcoming Bollywood drama romance film directed by Nitin Kakkar and produced by Salman Khan under Salman Khan films. The two new faces Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal are going to be seen making their debut on the big screen through the film Notebook. 


The story is set on the backgrounds of the Jammu Kashmir riots, at a district called Bandipora. Firdaus is a young, beautiful women teaching at Wular High School which is located right in the heart of Lake Wular. The isolated island has Zero connection with the outside world and no means of communication at all. Firdaus thinks it's indispensable for the 7 Kids of the island to seek education somehow. despite of the adversities of the warring area. 

But a year later Firdaus has return home to get married and finds herself left in a situation where she forced to leave Wular and quite teaching. Kabir then slides into the picture as he's the substitute teacher that the school hires. Kabir then finds a notebook that Firdaus leave behind. This notebook then become a mean through which the two wanderers communicate and fall in love with each other even through they never really met.
